This place has been the best to work with from buying our new RV from them and getting the kinks worked out on it after our first trip. They did everything to make sure our buying process was fantastic. The service department is outstanding. They helped us go through a lengthy total loss process on our camper and always had an update for me daily on what was being done and what was coming next. I will never buy another camper or have any service work done anywhere else. Could not say enough about the whole team at this place. They are fantastic.

I was in a big jam with my Dutchman RV with a broken spring. I was 20 miles away from Rocky Ridge RV. AAA was absolutely no help after paying them for coverage for my trailer for years. I was able to limp the trailer into Rocky Ridge and Tyler, the service manager along with a tech they were able to locate a pair of springs that fit and assigned Jesse the service tech (from Yosemite ,California)to install them. Jesse was absolutely outstanding, with a great attitude. He took care of the problem in no time! I cant say enough about how professional they were throughout this whole ordeal. They got me back on the road very quickly. The whole dealership is very impressive. Everyone is so nice. I cant thank them enough. I would recommend them 100%

We are traveling from AZ to Maine and many things started to fail as we got to Van Buren AK. We took our trailer in not knowing what to expect but once we met Brandon, a most friendly and polite young man, we felt this might be a good place to have our trailer looked at. We had some serious wiring issues they were able to diagnose and fix from propane issues to electrical. Brandon explained everything as problems were found and let us know the costs. Our trailer has been fixed, and washed, a bonus!!! Thank you Brandon and all the technicians that worked so diligently on our little travel trailer.

We had a wonderful experience at Rocky Ridge RV! Our salesman, Michael, was extremely knowable and polite and not pushy like a normal salesman. He made the process super easy and quick! The finance and warranty employees were also very kind and completed our deal in a very timely manner! We definitely recommend them.

Found Rocky Ridge RV by accident and I must say my fiancee and I had a great time! Michael and Brandon were awesome in helping us and listening to what we need and our situation. Michael was very personable and listed to us on what we needed and what boy did he deliver. Will definitely recommend Michael to anyone looking for an RV in NW Arkansas!

We had several problems that needed to be resolved. It always seems that you let them collect and then call for service. We were new in this area so I tried a search for mobile RV service. I wasn't having a lot of luck so I called this place thinking that they could direct me. Well, they have a mobile unit! Yes! They came out on time, got along great with my dogs, and figured the problem out. There was excellent communication throughout the whole process, taking time to ensure that we were good with everything. They took care of my extended warranty claim & ordered the necessary parts. Daniel came out and installed everything in 1 day. He was excellent at the installations, keeping me informed and dealing with my dogs. Everything is working great! Thank you to everyone at Rocky Ridge RV! Special thanks to Brandon and Daniel.

Super friendly staff, it definitely felt like they cared about the customers and their experience much more than the big lot stores. I would definitely recommend buying a travel trailer from them, but keep in mind, the detailing of the travel trailer before it leaves is VERY time consuming. I believe we were there a grand total of about 4 hours. But they have a nice, comfortable waiting area.

I had a camper that was damaged but was having issues with the insurance claim. Chris went above and beyond helping me understand how to deal with insurance, coming up with a game plan for fixing the camper, and working with the insurance company himself. In the end, they decided to total the camper. Chris helped me with that process too. Totally recommend the shop if you need anything fixed on a camper. Knowledgable, helpful, professional.

I bought my 2022 Prime time Lacrosse from this dealership. Every everything inside works. 100%. The service here is exceptional. From the parts department to the finance department and most of all the sales guy. Every time I had a question. He tried to dig to the root of any question I had. To make me satisfied. And I thought, that's really amazing for great salesmanship... I must say they really tried hard to make me a very happy customer, and they did exactly that. However, they are not perfect. I did have one issue going home. My lights on my trailer would not work. So I did call service And it wasn't plugged in all the way. Long story short, so I just feel like they could improve. When a vehicle and trailer go to leave...have a checkpoint that they do... all lights work, all tires are inflated properly. And I will just add one more and everything inside should be secured. But I did not have any issues in that area. When I got to my destination 480 miles away, everything was a 100% I took my time writing this review and waited about a month to see if any problems would occur as they say down-the-line but no no problems. Everything is great and I'm grateful and thankful. Thank you again, all the folks at Van Buren keep up the good work!!!

I had a small problem with my camper trailer. I spoke on the phone with KK. She encouraged me to drop by at my convenience and have it looked at. I showed them the issue a few days later. They took my camper into the shop, fixed the problem in under 20 mins. Drove it back to me and charged me NOTHING. I was so impressed with everything they did for me-and to have no charge so rare these days.

It's not just about offering a good deal; it's about how the business is conducted. Their team clearly understands how to do business. I am very satisfied and truly grateful for the efforts of every staff member involved in making my purchase happen.

I cant express enough how this team is by far superior to the competition. From customer service to parts these guys have assembled an absolute gem of a team. Whatever you may need they can accomodate. Thank you for being who yall are.

I recently had a great experience at Rocky Ridge RV and Offroad of Idabel. I was with my RV trailer at Beaver's Bend State Park about half-an-hour away and realized I had an issue with my hitch. It wasn't complicated but I didn't have the necessary tools for the adjustment. I called Rocky Ridge and asked if I could come on over with my truck and the hitch so they could make the adjustment. They said I could come right away. Zak in the service department fixed the problem on the spot with me standing next to him. I even learned a few things due to his experience and competence. I was concerned about the price I'd have to pay but it turned out to be incredibly reasonable. Next time I'm at Beaver's Bend, I'll know where to go if I have any issues. I also learned that they have a mobile repair service that will come to help RVers at Beaver's Bend, which is a great option when the needed work has to be done on location.

The parts department is phenomenal. I drove three hours for my family's camp trip and forgot a couple of essentials and they saved the whole camping trip!!

I took my 2016 Cedar Creek Silverback 5th wheel in for issues with AC units and other things. Doug and the crew of the Rocky Ridge RV shop in McAlester did a great job! Replaced both ACs, patched up the roof, and did a few more repairs along with fighting off a few wasps that were hidden in one of the old AC units. Great Job for a Great price. Would recommend to others.

Doug and his crew are very knowledgeable and provide excellent costumer support. They did my insurance claim repairs and did a spectacular job in a very timely manner! Thanks guys!

After over 30 years of owning Tyler R V Center, decided to sell to The Rocky Ridge R V Group. These folks have put great effort into making the old Tyler R V Center a state-of-the-art facility. They are professionals!!! They adopted the Tyler R V staff as their own and are loving on each and every one of them. It's still run like a small-town family store but with a professional flair. The Rocky Ridge R V Group will be a great experience for the Tyler area. I must say I feel like a proud Dad when I see the changes and direction Rocky Ridge is taking the old Tyler R V. Wow is the only word I can use to describe the experience we had with rocky ridge rv in Tyler Texas. Pablo and Blaise and every employee at this location was outstanding. From buying our rv to driving it off the lot was the greatest experience in buying anything we have ever had. Every person (manager, sales, financing and service department) went over and beyond what I feel like there job was. I felt like I had gained more family when we left there. Hugs to everybody at Rocky Ridge RV in Tyler Texas. Go visit Pablo and ALL the staff there. Even if you are just thinking about purchasing an RV. You will be so happy you did.

I was out shopping for an rv/camper and my first and only stop was at the rocky ridge rv place. Mr Pablo was the gentleman that greeted us around and by far had the best attitude and experience I could've asked for when shopping for such an expensive important product. 10/10 recommend them and definitely ask for Mr Pablo! Helpful and outstanding customer service from him and the rest of the staff!

Love the variety and selection on the lot! Ryan was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the questions I had. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and presentation as well as the level of professionalism I encountered here.
