These guys "inherited" us and our 2024 Keystone Cougar 29RKS when Genuine RV was bought out. We recently had several issues that needed repair. They stepped up, worked with our RV insurance as well as our extended warranty coverage to get all of our repairs, plus some they identified that we were unaware of, covered and fixed. They were very good about keeping us informed and advocating for us. Their GM, Nash, managed our case beautifully. The service manager, Jared, took personal responsibility for our trailer. He made sure that every detail was addressed. Everyone we encountered throughout this process was kind, friendly, and very customer service oriented. We are proud and pleased to recommend this dealership to our fellow RV'ers.

Amazingly helpful staff at this RV service shop. I came in needing an estimate for insurance and even though they were super busy, Jerrod made time to take a look and get me what I needed. If I could give them 10 stars I would. If you're in Texarcana and need anything for your RV, come here first for honest, friendly service. As an RV nomad, finding a place like this when you're in an area you aren't familiar with is like striking gold. I am so glad I came here, and I hope you'll take my advice and do the same!
